Welcome to Indovik. By accessing or using indovik.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

Indovik provides a platform to explore and analyze data about Indian companies from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) Registrar of Companies (RoC). The data we display is derived from publicly available MCA records. We aggregate, structure, and present this data to make it easier to search, filter, and analyze.

We offer free access to browse and explore, and paid plans for exporting company data. Features and pricing may change over time.

2. Account and Registration

You may sign in using Google. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. You must provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Scrape, crawl, or automate access beyond normal use without permission
• Resell or redistribute exported data in bulk without a separate agreement
• Use the Service to harass, spam, or harm others
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our source code

We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you have violated these Terms.

4. Data and Intellectual Property

Company data. The underlying company data is from public MCA/RoC records. Our presentation, aggregation, and tools are our intellectual property. When you export data under a paid plan, you receive a license to use that data for your own business purposes, subject to these Terms.

Our platform. The Indovik website, design, logos, and software are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without our written permission.

5. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the data is complete, accurate, or up to date. MCA data may contain errors or delays. We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on the data. Use the Service at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Indovik and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or ₹1,000, whichever is greater.

7. Payments and Refunds

Paid plans are billed as described at the time of purchase. You may cancel at any time. We do not offer refunds for partial periods, but you may contact us for exceptional circumstances.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g., disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may be communicated via email or a notice on the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
